These cookies are delightful – especially because we turned peanut butter triple chip cookies into a nut-free version which is delectable!
We are using crunchy Wow Butter (made of soy) because I find it tastes similar to peanut butter and it can easily be substituted in place of peanut butter. These cookies have that nut flavor without the nuts plus all the chocolate makes these cookies a must!! Your family will love them! We sure do!
Let’s get started!
Combine butter and nut/seed butter together. Cream well.

Add both sugars and beat until fluffy.

Add egg and vanilla. Beat well.

Add cocoa powder. Stir well.

Add 1 cup flour, baking soda and salt. Stir until well incorporated.

Add remaining flour along with the chocolate chips. Stir well.

Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet, or use cookie scoop. Bake at 350F for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden at the edges. We made jumbo cookies.

Let cool slightly before removing cookies and placing on cooling rack.

We served up the cookies with ice cream, homemade caramel sauce and homemade chocolate sauce. It was super good!
