This old fashioned pancake syrup is simple to make and absolutely amazing! It’s the perfect amount of sweetness, a little sticky and so much better than store bought!
I will never buy store bought syrup again when I can make a syrup that is much more flavorful without a bunch of chemicals at home!
Let’s get started!
To a saucepan, add brown sugar, granulated sugar and water.

Bring to a boil and boil for 4 minutes.

Add vanilla. Let cool slightly before pouring over pancakes or waffles.

This is the best syrup ever! So good!

This syrup is delicious on pancakes or waffles!
