We enjoy an assortment of vegetarian meals and this one is delicious!! The honey garlic cauliflower is a yummy way to eat cauliflower! It’s garlicky, sweet and salty and is so good with rice and stir fried veggies. This honey garlic sauce also makes a great sauce for stir-fry or even chicken wings.
Let’s get started!
Chop cauliflower, onion and celery. Slice carrot. Put into a baking pan. Drizzle with oil and a splash of water. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven. Stir
Time to pour the sauce on!
Place back into oven. Bake for 45 minutes, Stir half way through. The sauce should have thickened. If not, you can add a cornstarch slurry (1 tsp cornstarch in about 2 tbsp water) and stir into the cauliflower and bake for 10 more minutes. It smells so good!
