Making homemade spice blends is super easy. I like making pumpkin pie spice because I often do not care for the store blends. When making homemade, you can easily adjust by adding more or less of a particular spice to achieve the flavor you enjoy.

This pumpkin pie spice uses 5 spices.

Here’s what we’re using!

Combine the spices altogether. Stir well. Store in an airtight container or jar for up to 6 months.

Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 tsp ginger
1 tsp allspice
2 tbsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp clove
1 tsp nutmeg
Mix ground spices altogether in a 250 ml jar or airtight container. Stir well. Store up to 6 months.
