This cheeseburger meatloaf is one of our favorites and I have been making it for over 10 years. It is a great way to spruce up your meatloaf – it tastes just like a cheeseburger!
Let’s get started!
Combine ground beef, 3 onion seasoning, salt and pepper, bread crumbs and bbq sauce together.

Mix well.

Place half meat mixture on baking pan. Drizzle with mustard and ketchup, place cheese down, then cooked bacon, and chopped dill pickle.

Cover with cheese.

Place remaining meat mixture on top filling. Shape into a loaf, pinching so cheese does not escape as it cooks.

Cook at 350F for one hour.

Pour ketchup over top. Bake an additional 15 minutes.

Let sit 10 minutes before slicing.

The meatloaf was so tender, it was hard to slice! Smells just like a cheeseburger!

This meatloaf is delicious and one of our favorites!

I served the meatloaf with mashed potatoes, cheese buns and carrots. Such a cozy and yummy meal!
