We are counting down to December making all sorts of delicious goodies like this easy marshmallow fudge.
This fudge takes a handful of ingredients and is quick and easy to make. No boiling or candy thermometers required! This Christmas marshmallow fudge is delectable and oh so sweet, but is a holiday favorite! Place in a baggie, tie with ribbon and add a little card to spread some holiday cheer – it makes a great neighbor, friend, coworker or host gift this holiday season!
Let’s get started!
Melt butter, chocolate and corn syrup together. Add extract. Stir well.
Add marshmallows, candy coated chocolate and nuts if you like. We did not add any nuts. Add sprinkles. Stir well. I was so busy stirring, I forgot to take photos!
Pour into a 9×9” pan. Decorate with more sprinkles if you like. We added holiday marshmallows and chocolate shapes instead of sprinkles. Press lightly into fudge. Let set.
Time to slice!! Slice into squares, triangles or even fun holidays shapes using cookie cutters. Yum! It is a very sweet fudge, but loved by everyone!
