When you’re looking for a delicious quick bread to go with soup, this dill pickle bread is sure to hit the spot! It’s cheesy, and dilly and is tasty! We especially like it alongside Dill Pickle Soup… so good!
Let’s get started!
Whisk yogurt, oil, eggs and sugar until smooth.
Add flour, baking powder, salt. Stir.
Add pickle juice, pickles, cheese and dill. Gently fold.
Pour into greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with more cheese.
Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
Serve with dill butter. We just used regular homemade butter and it’s simply delicious!
Dill Pickle Bread
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 tbsp sugar
1-3/4 cup flour
1-1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp pickle juice
1/2 cup chopped homemade dill pickles
1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Dill butter:
Mix 3 tbsp softened butter with 1 tsp fresh dill.
